We are used to working, to the time limited nature of reactive maintenance. Be they emergency power failures or routine tap washers, our staff apply the same level of dedication.  

We understand how important performance is to our clients and their tenants, which is why we accept nothing less than 100% when it comes to targets and KPI’s.
Tenant satisfaction

We use a range of good practice methods to deliver our services, with your tenant’s specific needs always at the forefront of our minds. 

98% of our repairs are carried out through timed appointments. 

We are happy to adapt our services to accommodate tenants who work or have hospital visits, by starting early or finishing late. We realise that making an appointment is the easy bit, keeping the appointment and getting the job completed within the given timescale is the important part, and something we pride ourselves on.

The reactive nature of maintenance means that emergencies do crop up; however, there is never any excuse for not keeping tenants fully informed. 

All operatives wear CLEAN uniforms and carry ID. We also make use of interpretation cards where necessary, ensuring potential language difficulties are easily overcome. 

We ensure that impressed stock is held on vans to increase the number of jobs that can be completed during the first visit.

Customer satisfaction is high within the service.  We aim to have customer feedback and respond to our customer needs wherever possible. 

Most of our works are received via email to save on paper, following agreements with most of our customers to help save the environment and to cut down on continuous paperwork.

If the repair is an emergency during work hours then the job will be called through to our main office, and then passed onto an available operative in the area within minutes of receiving the call. 

Impromptu maintenance and repair work is never simple to deal with for the very reason that it is unplanned, especially if it occurs outside normal working hours. 

Thankfully, we have a 24-hour service that runs 365 days a year across various locations in East Anglia. When you place a response call with Cooper Contracting, we will locate your nearest skilled tradesman and give you a response time within the first 2 hours of calling and our track record means we are 100% reliable.
